Transportation surcharge:
If the author is unable to bring the paintings to the Exhibition Center of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists strictly on December 21, 2020, from 11:00 to 14:00, then he instructs the organizing committee to transport the paintings (collection of paintings in Moscow and Minsk).
 
1) Form of participation "The author participates in person without visiting St. Petersburg":
The author instructs the Organizing Committee in Moscow, Kiev or Minsk to deliver their competitive art objects to the exhibition in St. Petersburg and back (the Organizing Committee can transport paintings no more than 120 cm. On the larger side).

Transportation cost:
-transportation from Moscow 7 Euros / canvas / for each direction "Moscow - St. Petersburg" / "St. Petersburg - Moscow" (pay: one direction - 7 Euros, both directions - 14 Euros),
-transportation from Minsk: 8 Euros / canvas for each direction
Dates and addresses of receiving full-time work for transportation:
1) Acceptance of works in Moscow: until December 16, 2020, at the address: Moscow, Krymsky Val street, 8/2, office "Cabinet Union of Artists", 1st floor (metro station "Oktyabrskaya").
3) Acceptance of works in Minsk: until December 14, 2020, at the address: Minsk, st. Storozhevskaya, 8 (1st entrance), workshops (preliminary call: +375 17 230 51 33).

2) Form of participation "The author participates in person with a visit to St. Petersburg":
The author independently delivers the competition art objects to the Exhibition Center of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists (St. Petersburg, Bolshaya Morskaya St., 38, metro station "Admiralty"). Date of acceptance of full-time works for the exhibition: December 21, 2020, from 11.00 to 14.00.

3) Form of participation "In absentia":
The author sends to the Organizing Committee by e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  a set of documents necessary for registering his participation and pays only the entrance fee for each work (each file).
 
Storage surcharge:
At the end of the exhibition, art objects can be stored in the organizing committee for up to 1 week free of charge. In case of storage for more than 1 week - an additional payment of 3 Euros / month.
